About the Therapist
As a pre-licensed psychotherapist intern (CPC-I), and addictions counselor intern (CLCADC-I), Jamie helps clients weather the storm of depression, heal from relationships, explore identity, and work through stuck points with trauma-informed care. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNLV, where she also holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience.
With years of experience as the primary therapist in a high-acuity inpatient setting, she now offers private practice sessions for individuals and couples during after-work hours and Sundays. Jamie works with both individuals and relationships, with a special focus on the LGBTQ+ community and non-traditional relational structures, including single-parent or blended families, and ethical non-monogamy. Jamie values creating a space where clients can explore identity, communication, and connection without judgment.
All services are provided under the supervision of Jim Jobin (LCPC, LCADC), a seasoned therapist who actively reviews and supports Jamie’s work. Clients benefit from the insight of two clinicians, making therapy more thoughtful and ethically accountable. Sessions are available virtually or in-person.
