Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions provide a supportive, affirming space to explore your internal world, heal from trauma, and move toward personal growth. My approach is grounded in a warm, humanistic framework, with an emphasis on personalized, efficient care.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients identify and work compassionately with different parts of the self. For those seeking trauma recovery, I integrate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to address and reframe distressing beliefs and memories.

Therapy is tailored to your goals and values, and many clients attend weekly sessions and taper as progress is made, often seeing meaningful change in 8–16 sessions. Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate busy schedules.

Relational Counseling

Looking for relationship counseling in Henderson or Las Vegas? I provide affirming, inclusive therapy for families, couples and individuals in all relationship structures; including monogamous, polyamorous, and ethically non-monogamous partnerships as well as conventional or unconventional family types.

As a queer-friendly therapist, I help clients navigate challenges such as communication issues, boundary-setting, rebuilding trust, and deepening intimacy. Whether you're looking to improve your connection or resolve ongoing tension, therapy sessions are customized to meet your unique goals.

Sessions last 60-90 minutes at a flat rate of $110 per hour, prorated based on length. A typical course of therapy spans 8-20 sessions over 2-6 months, though we’ll pace things based on your needs. Evening and weekend appointments are available for your convenience.

Sliding Scale Pricing

I offer a sliding scale for session fees so that counseling can be more accessible. My standard rate is $110 per session, but clients may select a lower rate between $40-$110 based on their current financial situation.

There is no “proof” required, and you will not be asked to justify your choice. I trust you to choose a rate that feels fair and sustainable for you. To help reduce uncertainty when deciding, here is a guide:

Think of your session fee in terms of what you spend on other things:

  • If therapy feels like it competes with essentials like rent, groceries, or medication, choose $40-$60.

  • If therapy feels like giving up some comforts (dining out, new clothes, trips, or subscriptions), choose $70-$90.

  • If therapy feels like a worthwhile investment similar to professional services (massage, coaching, tutoring), choose $110.
